  • communicating about accounts, deals, approvals, support, and updates 
  • fraud prevention, security monitoring, abuse detection, and traffic quality review 
  • sanctions, AML, KYC, and compliance reviews 
  • website administration, technical maintenance, and service improvement 
  • maintaining records for accounting, tax, audit, and legal purposes 
  • protecting our rights, enforcing our terms, and resolving disputes 

We do not sell personal data to unrelated third parties.

5.1 Affcollect 

We use Affcollect as our affiliate platform and tracking software. It may process account, tracking, reporting, performance, and related technical data to help us operate the Atlas network. 

5.2 Email and communication tools 

We may use third-party email, CRM, outreach, communication, and support tools for onboarding, account communications, updates, and operational messaging. 

5.3 Hosting and infrastructure providers 

We use website hosting, cloud infrastructure, backup, monitoring, DNS, security, and similar technical providers to operate our website and systems. 

5.4 Professional advisers and compliance providers 

We may share data where necessary with legal advisers, accountants, auditors, banks, payment providers, compliance providers, and similar professional counterparties. 

We require processors and providers to process personal data only as necessary and subject to confidentiality and security obligations. 

6. Data Sharing

We may share personal data where reasonably necessary with: 

  • operators, advertisers, or counterparties where necessary to validate activity, investigate fraud, or support the affiliate relationship 
  • service providers and processors acting on our behalf

We do not share personal data more widely than necessary for the relevant purpose. 

7. International Transfers

Because our services, providers, affiliates, and counterparties may operate internationally, personal data may in some cases be processed or accessed outside Malta or the EEA. 

Where personal data is transferred internationally, we will seek to ensure that appropriate safeguards are used where required by applicable law.
